Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2009 12:16 a.m. things that i learned today... my 200 cal eating plan is going to be harder than i thought. i really need to buy some vegetables. 1/2 oz. of noodles is not so much. i drink a lot of caffeine. i, like, depend on it for my very survival. this caffeine headache i've got going on now? not so fun. i take a strange amount of pleasure in weighing food on my little kitchen scale. taking a prenatal vitamin two hours after eating a 200 cal breakfast is about the equivalent of taking a prenatal vitamin on an empty stomach. read: nausea, nausea, nausea. food food food food food food food. i hope i feel better tomorrow.
